5 Easy Steps - Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes about 30 cookies

What you will need:
hand mixer, mixing bowl, measuring cups, spoon, 3 sheet pans, parchment paper, ice cream scooper

Dry Ingredients:
1 pouch Belly Goodies Multi Purpose Mix, ½ cup of brown rice flour, ½ cup skim milk powder, ¼ tsp. baking powder, 1 cup coconut sugar

Wet Ingredients:
2 very ripe bananas, ½ cup creamy peanut butter, 2 tbsp. grass fed butter, ¼ cup egg whites


Step 1: Cream the Butter & Sugar.
Preheat the oven 350 degrees.
In a large bowl cream sugar, butter, peanut butter and egg whites.

Step 2: Add Dry Ingredients.
Pour the thoroughly mixed dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 3: Scoop the Dough.
Add the mashed bananas and continue mixing at medium speed. Once complete use ice cream scoop to prep cookies for baking.

Step 4: Get Ready to Bake!
On your tray, place each scooped cookie batter with enough space in between so that your cookies don’t touch. Place parchment paper on top and press with an empty tray. Voila! You now have pressed rounded cookies. Repeat with the second tray.

Step Five: The Finish Line
Bake the cookies until done – about 12 mins at 350 degrees. Make sure to turn the tray at 6 mins to evenly bake. When completely cool, store them in an airtight container for up to a week.

large mixing bowl, silicone muffin tray , spoon, parchment paper

Ingredients:
1 pouch Belly Goodies Multi Purpose Mix, 1 Medium Cabbage, 1lb Ground Beef/Chicken/Turkey, 1 Large Red Onion, 1 Large White Onion, 1 tsp Himalayan Salt, 1 tsp Ground Pepper, 1 egg


Step 1: Chop the vegetables
Preheat the oven 350 degrees.
Shred the cabbage, and finely chop the red and white onions.

Step 2: Add Ingredients.
In a large bowl, add ground meat, Belly Goodie dry mix, chopped vegetables, salt, pepper and egg.

Step 3: Prep patties.
Hand mix all ingredients to create a patty-like consistency.

Step 4: Get Ready to Bake!
With a spoon, pour patty ingredients into each muffin cup. Make sure it each cup is only about half full as the patty will slightly rise. Repeat process with the second and third muffin tray.

Step Five: The Finish Line
Bake the patties until done – about 30 mins at 350 degrees. When completely cool, pop out your patties from the muffin tray and store them in the fridge for up to a week.

1 pouch Belly Goodies Multi Purpose Mix, ½ cup of brown rice flour, ½ cup skim milk powder, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 cup coconut sugar, ¾ cup butter, 1/3 cup water, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp egg whites


Step 1: Add Dry Ingredients
Preheat the oven 350 degrees.
Mix Belly Goodies, rice flour, skimmed milk powder, and baking powder and set aside.

Step 2: Stir in Wet Ingredients.
In a large bowl, put the butter, egg whites and maple syrup together and beat for a minute. Then add 1 cup sugar and stir.

Step 3: Add your flavours
Slowly add dry mix to the bowl and stir together. Lastly add any flavor you like (chocolate chip, coconut etc.) to batter.

Step 4: Get Ready to Bake!
